We're doing ministry everyday, all through the week, but on Sundays we gather formally to pray and give thanks as a community of faith at 10:30 am

A warm welcome awaits you

Conveniently located in East City

We’re a down-to-earth community of people who are followers of Jesus Christ. We’re focused on deepening our relationship and experience of Jesus so that his teachings change our lives.  In that way, we strive to make a positive difference in our local community and beyond — especially for those in need.

We’d love you to drop by to see.

A warm welcome awaits you.

Long time since I've been

No problem, that’s just fine. We’re all on a journey of discovery. If you’re feeling that you'd like to come by, just come along and check it out.

We have a weekly worship Service. It’s usually the Holy Eucharist (Communion). We follow the rites of the Anglican Church.

But being down-to-earth, it’s all pretty much informal. It’s the kind of place where you can feel at home.

Please check out all that we are doing by browsing around our website.

We'd be happy to respond to any questions that you'd like to send by emailing us or by giving a call to our office, or by dropping by. Also, here is a personal invitation to you from our parish priest.

The parish of St Luke's is alive and well in East City Peterborough.

Blessings to you from the People of St Luke's.

What about my kids?

We love kids! And they’re all welcome.

We also have a children’s programme each Sunday and it’s growing.

For those a bit older, if they’d like, they can learn about taking an active part in helping out during the Service.

Or they can just be with you. That’s great too.  And, a little extra sound doesn’t bother us at all.

Do I have to dress up?

Please come in attire that is comfortable.

As we've been saying, we're a down-to-earth community of people. And, we're pretty informal about things. You will be warmly welcome.

Take a look around on or website and check out the various photos.

What are Sundays like?

Our Sunday Services are in the Anglican tradition. We alternate between Celebrations and the Holy Eucharist (Communion) and Morning Prayer.

It's really easy to follow since we have everything printed out in a booklet each week. We have an excellent choir, a pipe organ (Casavant) and the congregation loves to sing.

We're pretty informal about everything. We'll help you get into the flow of things. It's the kind of environment that's like a family. You'll soon feel right at home.
